The role is key in maximizing the potential of all of our platforms and services (with a strong focus on GAM rev-ops), as well as providing professional support, and ongoing relationship management for our publishers. The position calls for someone who understands Media Revenue from A-Z and with direct experience working with digital publishers globally.
To qualify for this role you MUST HAVE at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google AdManager and AdX (Display, Video and App) for publishers.
Job description and responsibilities:
- Lead the monetization operations, initiatives, new opportunities, existing services, to optimize and maximise our publishers digital revenue for the long term.
- Own the relationships and day to day revenue ops with our publishers.
- Manage the processes and methodologies for GAM rev ops for our publishers.
- Onboard new publishers, provide ongoing service, maintain and grow the relationships
- Work with the teams on the relevant roll-out and scale up strategies accordingly including cross and upsell of other formats/technologies in Oraki’s portfolio.
- Work with the relevant teams to bring on additional platforms where relevant.
- Own our Revenue Stack: AdX, HB, TAM/UAM and other revenue related products
- Optimize Revenue across our publishers and portfolio as a whole
- Success will be measured in terms of the number of publishers revenue management and increase, relationship maintenance and growth,, and increased MRR from all clients.
Required:
- MUST HAVE at least 2 years of experience with Google AdManager and AdX (Display, Video and App) for publishers
- Direct experience providing service and building relationships with digital publishers globally
- Optimization experience with all the major SSP platforms
- Operational and Commercial knowledge of AdTech for publishers
- Hands-on operational experience with Header Bidding, PreBid JS implementations
- High level of knowledge and skills of data analysis in Excel (Sheets)
- Languages: English Business Level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hebrew)
- Passion and interest in technology and digital advertising
- Ability to thrive working independently and in teams
- Well-organized and proven management and multitasking abilities
- Proactive and energetic attitude with the desire to be a key player on a results-oriented team
