Oraki is seeking a client-focused and results-driven Customer Success Manager to build and maintain our publishers’ growth and long term relationships.
The role is key in maximizing the potential of all of our platforms and services (with a strong focus on GAM rev-ops), as well as providing professional support, and ongoing relationship management for our publishers. The position calls for someone who understands Media Revenue from A-Z and with direct experience working with digital publishers globally.
To qualify for this role you MUST HAVE at least 2 years direct experience providing customer service and support to digital publishers in the ad-tech space. Experience with Google AdManager and AdX for publishers – a strong advantage.
